Aspen Purchasing Associates works with its clients on negotiating and bidding all FF&E and OS&E as specified by the Owner/Designer. For cases when further sourcing is required, Aspen offers sourcing consulting.

With a team educated and experienced in operations and finance, Aspen provides cash flow projections, budgeting and scheduling, requisition reports, and budget vs actual reconciliations.
